Week 3 01-07 Sept 2008




Well i'm now into week three of this journey and it's getting a little harder to stay focused in some ways. On the plus side though i'm now exercising almost daily. I've joined the local gym, had a fitness program done and i find myself looking forward to going when i can.

ty sad when i only have one wedding photo up in the house as i'm too ashamed of how fat i was.. ONce i'm thinnner i'll display them everywhere because i'll no longer be that person..

Weight Watchers Week 2

I'm now in my second week of the points plan, with the second weigh in being yesterday. Another loss of 2.1kg bringing the total to 3.7kg.

I probably should start to take measurements also as i am sure that they change even if the kilo's are a little slower dropping off. My husband and a few others know about my determined new journey, but i haven't told any of my family yet as this wouldn't be the first time i've tried to lose this weight. I don't want them to start in on me with their opinions yet. I need to be strong enough first, and also i'd rather surprise them when they see me next. Sometimes it's good having them live a little further away, gives me room to be myself.

Don't get me wrong i love them dearly but my weight is a sore point where they are concerned.

Once i figure out how to post some more photo's in here i will put up this weeks one, plus a proper one at my heaviest.
